This session is designed to build muscle and tone throughout your body. You will go through 3 upper body movements and 3 lower body movements working in a 10-12 rep range. This class is perfect if you are new or an experienced weight trainer as you will work at your own pace with your own specific weights. A maximum of 6 people per class making it a group PT environment.

Beginner Strength

If you are keen to learn or improve the basics of your strength training then this is the class for you. Going through 3 upper body movements and 3 lower body movements working in a 10-12 rep range. You will be learning the basics in this class but will also get a good strength workout in. A maximum of 6 people per class making it a group PT environment.

Mobility and Core

Often a neglected area of training, this session will take you through basic (but challenging) core and mobility movements to improve posture, flexibility and core engagement when strength training. This class is also great if you are coming back from a recent injury.

Core Shred

A mixture of high intensity cardio and ab exercises designed to burn calories and strengthen your core all in one 45 minute blast.

A mix of high intensity and low intensity workouts utilising functional movements and cardio machines to get your heart rate up into the calorie burning zone for as long as possible.
