Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Cancellation Policy:
Members must provide at least 2 months’ notice for cancellation of their membership. 2 more payments will need to be paid from the point of written notice.

2. No-Show Fee:
If a member fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (less than 3 hours), a £10 no-show fee will be charged to their account.

3. Membership Pause:
Members may pause their membership for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year. Requests for pauses must be submitted in writing and will be processed accordingly.

4. Session Limitations:
All sessions are subject to availability, and members are encouraged to book in advance to secure their spots.

5. Liability Waiver:
Members are required to sign a liability waiver upon joining, acknowledging that they participate at their own risk.

6. Amendments to T&Cs:
The gym reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
